Our story
Bent on Jam started the way most good things do: too much fruit, a big pot, and a stubborn refusal to let any of it go to waste. One batch turned into ten, ten turned into a farmers market table, and the table turned into this.
Every jar is still made the slow way — real fruit first, sugar second, cooked in small batches that get watched, stirred, and tasted until they're right. No concentrates, no shortcuts, no jam that tastes like it came off a conveyor belt.
We're bent on one thing: jam good enough to eat off the spoon.
